I liked it, its location and rooms.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

Incredible family-friendly hotel for 1 night in Jacksonville.

Everything was great, wonderful location close to an affiliated restaurant, Jacksonville and the river, amazing experience. The staff members were all accommodating and efficient. Liked a safe box, a cable TV with on-demand movies and television in the room. It was spotless, good bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Immaculately clean hotel with a beautiful lobby. Well-kept, brand-new rooms, well prepared breakfast and professional staff.

It is a gorgeous hotel and I loved its new-fashioned rooms and superfriendly personnel.

Overall very enjoyable stay in rooms. Buffet breakfast even with made to order omelet and all the food was outstanding. Its location was central, easy walk to a historic American movie theater. The airport was 19 miles away.

The staff were affable, helped with any issues. It took us 25 minutes to drive to this extremely convenient accommodation from the airport👍

It's truly stunning place to stay 1 mile away from The Well.

everything was nice, enjoyed our very relaxing stay. there was lots of superb meals. we booked a triple room, it was non-smoking and compact. hotel staff was always available and brilliant. the coffee bar was great and the drinks were cold. it was very close to the stadium and so many restaurants, picturesque location overall. .

I loved my stay at this private hotel, functional rooms. The breakfast was awesome with omelet's. The service was attentive, just like I expected.

Huge & clean hotel, its location is perfect near a good area and the river. Downtown Jacksonville district is worth looking into.

Amazing beds, well stocked rooms and convenient location. Original style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. I liked that the poolside bar was perfectly clean. An amazing beach, fantastic view. Pretty place to stay during the thanksgiving.

Magnificent rooms and tasty breakfast, loved it. We stopped by Atrium Cafe & Grill for coffee and treats, it was not too far away from the hotel.

Prime location, terrific staff. In short, the room was well furnished, super bed, really large bathroom. They made my stay pleasant enough. Positioned in the entertaining area. Small restaurant and an outstanding breakfast.

This is a hotel go-to for Jacksonville! So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The bed in our room was spacious.
